Our group and event picnics are designed to bring people together in the best way we know how: with food and drink in a place like no other. Our group picnics begin with charcuterie, custom decor, and a wide range of add-ons for five guests, but we can accommodate large gatherings, special events, and more. From beachside picnics with family and friends, to your wedding reception of thirty guests, we are ready and thrilled to serve you!
GROUP & EVENT picnicS begins with
Two Hours of Picnicking
All picnics are two hours long, and typically take place at brunch, lunch, or dinner. We offer extra coverage and late night events for an additional fee. Events serving over 25 guests incur a fee of $1000.
Charcuterie & Grazing
From a decadent spread for six, to a bountiful grazing table for thirty, our charcuterie and pastry partners are ready to serve your guests. Our event catering is market price, and can be customized to your needs.
Fresh Flowers & Decor
We have an *extensive* supply of picnic goods and decor to make your event special. We will craft a picnic to your style specifications including a table, centerpiece, place settings, fresh flowers and more!
A Location You Choose
Our picnics can take place anywhere you like! Though most of our picnics are ocean-side, we will meet you in a park, your backyard, or anywhere you want to host your big day!

Extra Time
Need more time to soak in the relaxation? No problem! We are happy to let you hang out for an extra hour (or three!). Let us know how much time you and your party will need in our consultation process.
Extra & Custom Food
Want to add a little extra for yourselves, or have an extra guest at the table? We've got you! We can bring extra snacks for the table, or change the menu all-together! Anything to make it exceptional.
Extra & Custom Decor
Planning a special surprise? Have kids coming along? Let us set the table with extra special decor. We provide take-home bouquets, custom calligraphy, placcards, and more to make the day unforgettable.
Photo Coverage
Before starting PPC, Marianne served as a photographer! Now, we provide photo services including twenty minutes (or more!) of coverage, unlimited photos, and an online gallery of memories!
FEES YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF
When you request to book an event picnic, your "total price" will only reflect the base picnic fee. It does not account for additional guests, add-ons, or large group fees. These add-ons will be finalized in your consultation process and the fees will be invoiced closer to your picnic date.
Picnic Base Price
Group and event picnics START AT $420.00 for five guests, and go up from there.
Extra Guests Fee
Every additional guest over 5 guests incurs a $30 per person fee. This fee covers all additional food and decor to accommodate your larger party.
Over 25 Guests Fee
All picnics hosting over 25 guests incur a $1000.00 fee to cover the additional food, help, and equipment needed.
Add-On Fees
All add-ons such as photography, food customizations, party favors, and additional decor will incur an additional market price fee.
