At Pensacola Picnic Co., we believe in respecting our clients, our community, and our environment. As a part of the Pensacola community, we have some expectations of you, too. Please review the below booking, community, and privacy policies before booking to help us maintain a happy, inclusive, safe environment for all community members!

BOOKING & COMMUNITY POLICIES

Inclimate Weather Policy

If inclimate weather is predicted before your booking, we will make a group decision about either rescheduling or moving forward with your original picnic date.

If you choose to move forward with your picnic, and inclimate weather occurs during your picnic, no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policies

If you choose to cancel your booking at any time, your deposit is non-refundable. However, there is no rescheduling fee if you must move the date of your picnic. Rescheduling requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the picnic date.

If we must cancel your picnic on our own accord, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

Permit Policies

Picnics can occur at a location of your choosing, including the beach and local parks. If for some reason your chosen location requires a permit to use the space, the client is responsible for procuring and following all permit regulations. PPC does not accept liability for any permit infractions.

Privacy Policies

Your personal information, booking preferences, payment information, or any other identifying information will never be distributed, sold, or otherwise used without your permission. Imagery of your picnic, if taken by PPC, may be used in portfolio and promotional content unless otherwise noted by you. If you do not want your photos used, please let us know before or during your picnic.

Community Policies

Clients of Pensacola Picnic Co. are expected to be kind, courteous, and clean when in all public and private spaces. You are expected to be respectful towards other beach goers and PPC staff at all times, and abide by all local, state, and federal laws. In the case of rude, crude, or illegal behavior, Pensacola Picnic Co. reserves the right to discontinue service of any kind without refund or notice.

Alcohol Policies

We do not have our liquor and alcohol license at this time, so we are unable to provide you with alcohol on behalf of PPC. If the location of your picnic permits it, and you are of age, you are allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages to your picnic. We are currently in the process of getting our license and expanding our beverage services.

Liability Policies

You are liable for the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of all PPC guests, materials, and the community when being served by PPC. PPC does not accept liability for personal injury, food sensitivities, littering, destruction of property, or other illegal behaviors you may incur. If you are found to have willfully destructed public or PPC property, you will be fined the cost of the damages.

Environmental Policies

PPC practices Leave No Trace policies when in all outdoor environments, and respects all indoor environments. Guests are expected to "leave it better than you found it," and should refrain from littering, climbing on dunes, engaging with wildlife, or using materials that are harmful to the environment, wildlife, or people.

Do you serve alcohol?

Can we bring our pets to our picnic?

If the location of your picnic is pet-friendly, then you are permitted to bring your pet to your picnic!

Do you offer gluten free/dairy free options?

Our food vendors offer a range of options to meet all dietary restrictions. In your booking form, you will be asked about food sensitivities and accessibility needs. Be sure to include all relevant details about your dietary preferences, food restrictions, allergies and more! We are more than happy to accommodate.

What if it storms during my picnic?

If inclimate weather is predicted before your booking, we will make a group decision about either rescheduling or moving forward with your original picnic date.

If you choose to move forward with your picnic, and inclimate weather occurs during your picnic, no refund will be given.

When should I expect my photos after my picnic?

If you purchase photos as an add-on to your picnic, you can expect to receive your photos back from PPC within 7 days of your picnic. Photos are delivered via email in an online gallery. There are no limits to the number of photos that are delivered, and you maintain all rights to sharing, printing, and maintaining your photos.

Can we host our picnic
late at night?

Yes! We are able to provide late-night picnic services for an additional fee of $50. If you are hosting your picnic at a private, secure location, you may also request for picnic materials to be left overnight and picked up in the morning for an additional fee of $100.

Who are your preferred vendors?

Our picnics are crafted custom to you, so we use a range of food, beverage, and event rental vendors. However, our favorite local vendors to work with are Olive to Nosh, Pretty in Brie Charcuterie, PicNicks Sweet Shop, Honey house Bakery, and The Hippies Greenhouse.

Are your picnics kid friendly?

Yes! We have a wide range of picnic food and decor that are specifically kid-friendly. From candy grazing boards to themed birthday cakes to extra-safe comfort items and personalized gift bags, we are ready to throw a kids party they will never forget!

FAQs

CUSTOMIZATIONS & FEES

Custom Desserts

A standard picnic comes with charcuterie boxes, which can be customized, to feed each guest. You can add cakes, cupcakes, pastries, and custom treat for $35 per four-person serving.

Food Customizations

Food customizations such as specialized grazing boxes are evaluated at a market price set by the chosen food vendor. Often-times, there will not be an additional fee if the customization falls within the parameters of the grazing boxes typically offered by these vendors.

Extra Charcuterie Boxes

Charcuterie boxes typically feed two people, and are composed of a mix of cheeses, crackers, fruits, olives, and spreads. You can purchase additional charcuterie boxes for $40 per box.

Full Grazing Tables

Full grazing tables are evaluated at a market price set by the chosen food vendor.

Additional Decor

Standard picnics come with a table, umbrella, welcome sign, place settings, centerpiece, comfort goods, and fresh flowers. If you want to add custom decor such as a balloon arch, marquee letter sign, or other decor, the decor fee will be evaluated on a case by case basis and necessity to hire additional vendors.

Calligraphy signage, place settings, & table placards

For events and to make intimate picnics extra special, you can add seating placards, signage and more. Fees are evaluated on a case-by case basis based on the intricacy of the additional items.

Take-home Bouquet

You can request a take-home bouquet to be curated in the style of your picnic for an additional $40. This bouquet is yours to keep, and will be in a small glass vase, which is also yours to keep.

Party Favors

Party favors can be added to birthdays, bachelorettes, wedding receptions and more for an additional fee. The cost of the party favors are evaluated based on market prices of the items included, and are assembled by PPC.

Extra Time

Extra time is evaluated by an hourly fee of $55 per hour.

Late Night Picnic

Late night picnics (picnics that end after 8 pm) that are cleaned up on the same night are evaluated an additional fee of $50.

Overnight Picnic

If you are hosting your picnic at a private, secure location, you may also request for picnic materials to be left overnight and picked up in the morning for an additional fee of $100.

Photography

Photography by Mariann Greene can be added to your picnic for $100 per 20-minute increment. You receive an unlimited number of photos professionally edited and provided back to you in an online gallery. There are no additional usage or ownership fees.

Outside Catering

You are more than welcome to order food from a Pensacola beach restaurant for your picnic. If you want PPC to pick up and deliver the food, you will be evaluated an additional fee of $25.

Large Event Fee

If your event is serving 25 or more guests, you will be charged a large-event fee of $1000.

Travel Fee

Picnics hosted outside of the Pensacola Beach, Navarre, and Perdido area, you will be charged an additional fee of $50.

Cooler with Ice

If you would like a cooler with ice provided with your picnic, you will be charged an additional fee of $25.

PLEASE READ OUR PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY SERVICE, OR MAKING AN ACCOUNT.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
