EVENT PICNICS
Serving 5 or more guests
From birthdays to intimate weddings, a picnic on the beach with your friends and family is the perfect way to celebrate. We customize every picnic to suite the personality of your guest of honor to create the ultimate group dining experience. We can booze it up for a bachelorette brunch, or make it playful for a kid-friendly birthday party. However you celebrate, we are here to make it memorable. HOW IT WORKS
A stress-free experience from start to finish
SUBMIT A PICNIC REQUEST & Pay deposit
To get started, visit our contact page to submit your picnic request form. Through this form, you can share basic details about your picnic such as number of guests, preferred dates, event details, and some style preferences.

With this form, you will be prompted to pay a deposit based on the size of your party. Don't worry--if your chosen dates are not available, the deposit is refundable.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR PICNIC
After reviewing your request, we will get in touch to craft your custom picnic. We will chat via phone or email to finalize your picnic logistics, and create the vision for your picnic style, preferred treats, and any surprises that might take place during your big day!
We will use this input to craft a custom picnic that is unique to you, complete with a fresh cut flowers, table settings, personalized charcuterie and baked goods, comfort goods, and maybe even a few surprises all in your chosen theme.

As we get closer to your picnic date, the second half of your picnic fee will be due. On the week and day of your picnic, you will receive email reminders about your picnic location and time. We have a habit of arriving early so you can enjoy a stress-free set up.
If you want us to greet you, we will be there, camera in hand! If you want it to be a secret surprise, we can give you your privacy. We are here to serve you however you like best. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your private picnic in Pensacola.
